Health and safety policy (applicable to Clients and 3rd Party Suppliers)
- Introduction
Clients
This Policy is issued under and forms part of the Master Services Agreement or other agreement (“Agreement”) Client have entered with Doherty IT Solutions Ltd (DA) which references this Policy, and any capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in such Agreement.
Suppliers
This Policy is issued under and forms part of the terms and conditions that DA places business with 3rd Party Suppliers (Suppliers). By accepting orders from DA (via any medium and in any form) Supplier agrees to comply with this Policy.
Suppliers and Clients are jointly referred to as ‘You/Your/Yours’ throughout the remainder of this Policy.

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify or replace this Policy. Please check periodically for any changes. Your use of the Services by Client or fulfilment of orders placed with Supplier by DA constitutes acceptance of this Policy.
You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with the terms of this Policy. You agree to ensure that there is no breach by your employees, consultants, agents, customers, suppliers or independent contractors (“Representatives”) of this Policy and will be responsible for any such non-compliance.
Where DA Personnel are required to perform Services at a Client site (this is anywhere that the client requires Supplier Personnel to perform services other than at the DA offices or their (the DA Personnel) home addresses), you shall provide or procure all such access and facilities as are reasonably required by DA for the performance of the Services.
Client shall ensure that an up-to-date risk assessment relating to the site is available for review and will ensure, at a minimum, that the site is adequately heated and ventilated, free from unmanaged hazards, and is well maintained so as to provide a safe working environment.
As a minimum, Client will provide the following, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled site visit;
- A copy of the latest Risk Assessment
- A copy of any specific site instructions, including if necessary, parking arrangements, how to access the site, any identity verification documentation required and who to ask for at reception
- Any site-specific Health and Safety information
Prevention of Sexual Harassment
In addition to the above health and safety requirements, You shall ensure that all interactions with DA Personnel, whether in-person at any location, over the phone, or online, are free from any form of harassment, including sexual harassment.
You are responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful working environment.
As a minimum You will provide, on request, a relevant policy, which includes clear procedures for reporting and addressing any incidents of harassment, including sexual harassment.
