Our recruitment process
We use modern recruitment tools to measure and monitor the makeup of our workforce. However, we don’t rely solely on AI to determine who we employ. Instead, we assess each CV personally, utilising the ‘human intelligence’ of a recruiter and a hiring manager to ensure we select on aptitude and potential, not just prior achievement.
While some specialist and more senior roles require a measure of previous experience (e.g. client consulting roles), we carefully assess the justifications around the need for specific qualifications.
